International

The International Division runs the international anti-piracy campaigns on behalf of contributing members and supports the export activity of PA member publishers.

Our aim is to protect the copyright of PA members in key export territories. We aim to raise the awareness and understanding of the UK’s publishing industry abroad, as well as introduce exciting new opportunities from foreign publishers, ministries and academics into the UK. Where possible we work closely with related organisations and government departments.

Our areas of interest include antipiracy work, missions, delegations, international book fairs, and education in developing countries.
