Inclusivity

We work alongside publishers and industry stakeholders to improve inclusivity in the industry. We hope that through industry-led action we can create a workforce that represents the rich diversity of the UK's demography, opening up opportunities for aspiring publishers and ensuring the long-term health of our industry.

If you're just curious and want to learn about what we do, take a look at our various guidelines and reports.  If you are a young publisher in need of support, check out the Spare Room Project or the support offered by the Book Trade Charity. And if you are a PA member and would like to showcase your company's inclusion initiatives on this page, get in touch with Eliza.
