PA Guide to Copyright Exceptions – Print Impairment

The reforms to the copyright exception which came into force last year to facilitate the supply of accessible copies of copyright works, and the upcoming ratification of the Marrakesh Treaty, means this is a time of considerable change for print disabled people and publishers.

The PA, under the auspices of  its Accessibility Action Group, is launching a new guide which sets out exactly who is entitled to benefit from these changes, what copies may now be made, what obligations publishers will have in facilitating such copying, and who should now be able to do what. Download the guide here.
