What does a Production Assistant do?

Production Assistants provide administrative support to the production team (including invoicing and maintaining databases) and throughout the production process from initial concept to delivery.

This can include managing all assets (including files, plotters, approvals and advances) and checking they meet the required standards, troubleshooting delays and problems, ensuring in-house teams and suppliers comply with safety standards, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office by answering calls and emails.

They also maintain excellent relationships with in-house colleagues and external stakeholders.
