Beijing International Book Fair 2012

The 19th Beijing International Book Fair will take place from the 29th August to 2nd September at the new China International Exhition Centre.  The UK Pavilion will be situated in a good location near the Country of Honour (Hall E2).

Beijing Book Fair 2011

Despite reservations about the location and transportation to the new exhibition site, the four halls were very busy on the three trade days.  All of the 16 companies who exhibited as part of the UK Pavilion were very pleased with the contacts they made and the meetings they had.

As China is going to be the Market Focus at the 2012 London Book Fair, Sir Sebastian Wood, the British Ambassador to China this year hosted the UK reception at his magnificent residence for approximately 145 guests.  Amongst the guests was GAPP Vice Minister, Wu Shulin.
