You can apply online to become an affiliate by following the links below. Alternatively you can download the relevant application form and send it: 

• by fax to +44 (0)20 7691 9199 or
• by post to The Publishers Association, 29b Montague Street, London WC1B 5BW.   

If you are applying to become a trade affiliate you will need supply details of two publisher sponsors, one of whom must be a member of The Publishers Association. Random checks will be undertaken to confirm the details you provide and seek a  suitable reference.
