PA's response to the Home Office consultation paper 'Making sure crime doesn't pay'
Although the PA fully supports the principle that crime should not pay, the anticipated number of cases (3 or 4 a year) in which the proposed remedies might be of use is far outweighed by the potential damage to freedom of speech in the UK.To download our response, click here:
